Zucchini Races at Saturday Market

By August, most gardeners will tell you there’s an abundance of zucchinis to be had, and home cooks everywhere are busy baking, roasting, frying and even making noodles out of this humble summer squash.  What else can you do with zucchini?  You can race them!  Center 50+ is excited to bring the Zucchini Races back for some Age Friendly fun. All entries are free and will include zucchini, wheels and axles, as well as tools and accessories to decorate your Zucchini Race Car with expert assistance from the Zuke 500 Pit Crew. All ages, individuals, and group entries welcome!
