Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream in the park

Free Shakespeare in the park! Struts & Frets Theatre Company presents Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream! Join the city of Independence, Struts & Frets Theatre Co, CTE students from Dallas and Central High Schools for a free evening of fun. Performances are September 4-5 at 6:30 and September 6 at 4:00 at the Riverview Amphitheatre in Downtown Independence.  The September 5th performance will be ASL interpreted. Bring your lawn chairs and picnic blankets to celebrate the end of summer with Struts & Frets! Set in the 1970s, with music and designs inspired by famous artists like ABBA and Fleetwood Mac, Midsummer Night’s Dream is a fun event the whole family will enjoy!
