Handwriting the Constitution

Meet in the Plaza Room at Salem Public Library

The League of Women Voters Marion Polk County invites you to join them to gather in public spaces to handwrite your own copy of The Constitution.  It is a time of quiet reading, writing and reflecting on the words of the historic document that forms the basic structure of our nation’s government.  Writing out the words helps the reader to deepen their understanding of the laws created to protect human rights.  For more information, dates and locations, such as coffee shops, parks, etc.:  https://leaguewomenvotersmarionpolk.org/we-the-people-project/
